Exceptional Cistercian building from the 12th century. It is absolutely a unique monument and the only vestige of the Medieval University of Paris who played a significant role in the radiation of the Cistercian order in France.
The College is now a place of training, research and culture. It houses the cathedral school which offers many public courses as well as a research centre. There’s a rich and attractive programming offered to all publics : contemporary art exhibitions, concerts, film screenings, debates, conferences and symposia.
A bookstore, a café-restaurant and a garden complete the scenery of a lively and enjoyable place for all.
It’s a place you won’t necessarily think to visit during your stay in Paris, but as soon as you enter you’ll feel transported into another century!
